In addition to hosting Karaoke shows Peter Styles performs with live bands on occasion. Peter, always fond of big band swing music, thrilled the crowd at the Gladstone Hotel Ballroom, when he appeared as the Featured Vocalist with Russell Noseworthy and The Uptown Swing Band, on May 8, 2005, performing the hits made famous by the "Rat Pack."

Here is what Peter has to say about the band:

"We have put together a great program of Rat Pack Era swing tunes that is sure to be a delight to all who love Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and others of the time. No clones here, just myself and 2 members of the band (Elena and Mark) doing the songs we love to do, with the 9 piece Uptown Swing Band. Dancing, as always, is encouraged."

Since the original successful performance in May 2005 Peter and The Uptown Swing Band have worked together on several occasions to perform their tribute to "THE RAT PACK." Their performances are enthusiastically received by audiences who appreciate their expert renditions of the classic swing era songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Joey Bishop, and Peter Lawford, who comprised the "Rat Pack" (from the mid-1950s through the mid-1960s). Here is a sound clip of Peter Styles singing New York, New York, with the Uptown Swing Band. There is a video of that performance on the Uptown Swing Band website.
