Anti-Spam Policy:
Wizcrafts does not send out any unsolicited bulk email (aka: SPAM), nor do we share our customer contact list with third parties. Wizcrafts content is copyrighted and is for the private use of our visitors and clientéle, and may not be copied or reproduced without the express written permission of the owner of the Domain.
If you have received spam email that lists a "From:" or "Reply To:" address on our Domain, rest assured that this is a "Joe Job", which did not originate with us at all.
All email addresses, or other contact information, posted on any of our web pages are there only for the legitimate use of actual visitors and clientéle, to contact us to about contracting our services. Our contact information is NOT intended for use by Internet email marketers, or harvesters, or Telemarketers to use to send us unsolicited advertising, whether in the form of mail, phone calls, or email (aka: spam).
We have provided a form to submit your comments, questions, request for assistance, etc. We also have a specific Webmaster contact form that people can use to hire us as your webmaster, or report display problems with our website. We expect that those who submit these forms will do so in good faith. We log all form submissions and should we discover that somebody is spamming or abusing any contact form on this website, we will ban them from further access to our website.
Our Policy regarding Spammers and Email Harvesters
This is a warning to Spammers, including Access Log Spammers, and Email address harvesters!
Wizcrafts has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding "spam!" We don't send any out and don't want to receive any incoming. Spammers are hereby advised to remove all addresses at wizcrafts.net from their email lists (Listwash us). We do not Opt-In to spam lists, so we will not use any Opt-Out, or RemoveMe links in any spam emails sent to our Domain(s). However, we will forward them to SpamCop and have the senders and their uplink supporters blacklisted.
Our response to Access Log Referrer Spam is to deny access to anybody who employs this tactic.
Furthermore, we do not publish our access logs on our website, so the only person who will see this spam is the one who adds spam keywords to our blocklist.
In addition to blacklisting the IP addresses of spammers and bot-infected PCs, we also use spam that gets past out industrial strength filters to update or create new anti-spam filters for MailWasher Pro users. Our spam filters are here.
Any blog article, or advertising link on this website will have the attribute rel="sponsored" added to any outside links. As a result, people, or Bots posting links on our blog will not gain any search engine exposure or Page Rank from these links.
Our response to receiving unsolicited commercial email, a.k.a. spam, especially if it is sent to multiple addresses on our Domain, is to take retaliatory action. Any person or company that harvests our email addresses to send spam to any of our (postal, phone, or email) accounts will be tracked down and have their (Whois) contact info posted on publicly available "spammers lists," and shared with the Anti-spam activists community, to which we belong. Email harvester Bots sent to our server be blocked and/or fed Bot poison.
Additionally, the entire headers and body of every spam message received will be forwarded to SpamCop, who will add the IP addresses of the email relays, and domains listed (in the spam message) to the SpamCop Blocklist (SBL). SpamCop will also send reports to the Internet service and web-hosting providers involved. As a result the senders will probably have their Internet accounts terminated, and we will be happy to know that we, in part or in whole, contributed to their demise!
SPECIAL LICENSE RESTRICTIONS FOR NON-HUMAN VISITORS
Special restrictions on a visitor's license to access the Website apply to Non-Human Visitors. Non-Human Visitors include, but are not limited to, web spiders, bots, indexers, robots, crawlers, harvesters, or any other computer programs designed to access, read, compile or gather content from the Website automatically. Non-Human Visitors are restricted from taxing the resources of the Website beyond what would be typical of a human visitor.
Furthermore, as specified by the "no-email-collection" flag in the header pages within the Website and/or the contents of the robots.txt file, email addresses on this site are considered proprietary intellectual property of the author of the Website. It is recognized that these email addresses are provided for human visitors alone, and have value in part because they are accessible only to said human visitors. By continuing to access the Website, You acknowledge and agree that each email address the Website contains has a value not less than US $50 derived from their relative secrecy. You further agree that the compilation, storage, and potential distribution of these addresses by Non-Human Visitors substantially diminish the value of these addresses. Intentional collection, harvesting, gathering, or storing email addresses by Non-Human Visitors is recognized under this agreement as a violation of this agreement and expressly prohibited.
Any Non-Human Visitors to the Website shall be considered agents of the individual(s) who control or author them. These individuals shall ultimately be responsible for the behavior of their Non-Human Visitor agents and are liable for violations of the Terms of Service.
RECORDS OF VISITOR USE AND ABUSE
As a visitor to the Website, you consent to having your Internet Protocol address recorded. An email address may appear on our pages (the "Identifier") if we suspect potential abuse. The Identifier is uniquely matched to your Internet Protocol address. Visitors agree not to use this address for any reason. VISITORS AGREE THAT HARVESTING, GATHERING, STORING, TRANSFERRING TO A THIRD PARTY OR SENDING ANY MESSAGE(S) TO THE IDENTIFIER CONSTITUTES AN ACCEPTANCE AND SUBSEQUENT BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
